Meet Jenna Grubbs

    Meet Jenna Knox-Grubbs and her friend Lexi. While Lexi is not an employee, her job is to patrol Jenna’s office in the Ski Area Chalet and greet everyone who might stop by to visit. Jenna is the Ski School Administrator at the Red River Ski & Summer Area for the upcoming ski season 2015-2016.     Capo’s is a well-known name in the restaurant business throughout the state of New Mexico and, in particular the city of Albuquerque where they have operated a series of respected dining venues since the 1950s.
