Mardi Gras in the Mountains

February 23-28, 2017: Red River’s favorite winter celebration – six days of music, balls, food, parades, beads and costumes! The Mardi Gras first came to Red River in 1992 with a handful of bead-toss parades at the Red River Ski Area, a few crawfish and shrimp dining opportunities, and some live Cajun music which had everybody dancing and left one and all wanting more. The year 1993 saw even more events and parties.
