It’s been a private home since it was built several years ago but it is now called Double Dog Inn. Overlooking the river at 421 River Street, it is a high end B&B, with seven rooms, each with its own theme, gourmet breakfast and an indoor hot tub. It is a nightly rental.
Chad Mantz, new owner of Red River Real Estate who handles the booking for the new owners, says “There are two rooms with private balconies overlooking the river. It’s amazing: some of the rooms boast over 300 square feet!
Mantz recently acquired Red River Real Estate and will focus on property management/nightly rentals. He’s not interested in selling real estate. His goal is to improve the overall experience for owners and guests.
