Reservations Unlimited LLC, a long established property management company located at 312 West Main Street has a new owner in the person of David Wilcox. His mother Pam Thompson is holding down the front desk.
He is no stranger to Red River, first visiting in the mid-1980s before becoming the owner of several properties in town, including one managed by the previous owners of Reservations Unlimited.
David plans to step up the business to meet the needs of 21st century visitors. “My goal is to provide a better guest experience while they are in town. We’re going to provide quality supplies: facial tissues, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, lotions, coffee, WiFi where possible, USB plugs.”
He plans to be a little more aggressive in marketing locally and nationally and plans to be in Red River a long time.
