Truth That Warms the Heart
Introduction
Mountain Treasures Gallery

Mountain Treasures

Red River's newest gallery, Mountain Treasures is operated by Paula Richey, who enjoys offering a variety of paintings (oil, watercolor, acrylic), pastels, prints, pottery, jewelry, fused and stained glass, and furniture. Of special interest are the bronze and marble sculptures on display in the front windows.
If you'd like to expand your horizons, Paula is presenting a series of workshops featuring artists whose work is offered at the gallery.

Artisans and Artifacts

Located on Main Street in the Alpine Lodge complex, they offer the work of 40 local artists, authors, photographers, musicians and craftspeople. Woodcarver and candlemaker Pete Wooten, high country photos and cards by photographer Ron Weathers, and books by Red River Miner columnist Jacqui Binford-Bell are featured, as well as items of historical interest. There's folk art, too.
